Nigerian Police Delta Command have arrested a man pretending to be mad, while trying to kidnap two girls in Delta.
The mad was caught at Utagbaunor/umukwata road,Ukwani LGA of Delta State while trying to kidnap two children. According to Ossai Ovie, the suspect almost killed one of the children, before help came. See more photos of the man after the cut.
