Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has picked December 10th for the National Assembly re-run elections in Rivers state. The Senate on Wednesday threatened to suspend plenary if the electoral body fail to conduct the Rivers senatorial, House of Representatives and also State House of Assembly elections on or before December 10th.
While speaking the Commission in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Commission, Mrs Augusta Ogakwu, said that pending elections in Lagos and FCT have been slated for Saturday December 3rd 2016.
