Pope Francis Meets With Emire Of Kano Mohammed Sanusi II

The Emire of Kano Mohammed Sanusi II has had the opportunity to meet with Pope Francis at the Saint Francis Basilica in Assisi, Italy during the Annual World Day of prayer
 
The event which lasts for three days was established by John Paul II 30 years ago which holds and saw over 400 religious leaders in attendance The event is targeted at fighting the persecution suffered by people over for their faiths, as well as to pray for world peace. More photos after the cut
