The Hip-hop star Drake whose real name is Aubrey Graham, has pulled a very fast one on his neighbor last summer and dropped $2.85 million on the beautiful estate next to his already expansive Hidden Hills, CA, real estate compound. Drake purchased the larger property, a seven bedroom, nine-bathroom sprawling mansion, back in 2012 for $7.7 million. But he must have decided that scooping up the house next door was a wise business decision.
It was gathered that the owner of the house constantly called the police over Drake's house party, and Drake decided to buy the house and turned it to a guest house. See photos of the house after the cut.
